A Tale Of Two Houses

Recommended Posts

Yes, one has a small two story extension, but they are two adjoining semis, and the cheaper one has more gardens. Cheaper one on at £120k (didnt sell at £170k or £153k) the more expensive one on at OIEO £240k (was on at £250k) £250k should buy you a very nice detached with double garage (and not on an ex-council estate to boot) in the area.

Peak price for this road was £130k in 2006  So good luck with the £240k (and the £120k IMO)

I know things like this have been posted before, but i must surely win for biggest price discrepancy at any one time?
