The reversion value of a 72 year lease on 100K property is going to be about 4K. It can only go up as the lease gets shorter

It means that if the leaseholder were to buy a lease extension from you it will cost him a minimum of 4K to buy it.

(Plus he will still have to pay his ground rent or buy that out as well).
