I've had to uninstall and reinstall property bee a few times, with the occasional glitch, or when it wasn't working properly because of an issue with another add-on I had. Example, If you have "noscript" add-on, add property-bee.com to the whitelist.

You could try just uninstalling the property bee add on in firefox and then reinstalling it. You'll need your property username and password to hand for reinstalling.

Or for a complete removal, as I had to do, this how-to might help. Then reinstall afresh. You'll lose data but still pick up all the price changes from the records on the PB server, or however it works.
