Property Investment Clubs

Recommended Posts

latest edition of my local free weekly (Weekend Herald 23/9/5) has advert by property investment club

AshkeyProperty aka millionsfromproperty

trying to let out some flats which have completed very recently.

Does anyone know if residential lettings is a normal part of the business for these investment clubs?

or if this type of advert could be an indication that they have overexposed themselves by buying off plan and failed to attract enough mugs to offload these luxury apartments onto.

Well the best one yet, once again in the Mail on Sunday was these guys selling time shares in Mecca. Great scam. Heathens (non Muslims) can't visit Mecca, and they are targeting Christians! So of course the owner can never check the quality or management of the asset - nor even satisfy themselves if there seem to be an unlikely number of voids. What sort of fool would you be?

Not previously.

Perhaps they are diversifying, as they have begun to find these flats are hard to flip- YES. they are getting stuck with unwanted property

As the saying goes, a long term plan is a short term plan gone wrong.
