35% Panic Drop In Month.

Recommended Posts

check this out (need propertybee)

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-32888243.html

these guys have dropped from 1.6m to 995 in a month of listing the property! 85 acres + oast, no internal photos so probably awful inside

my kind of vendor though...

more of these please! (well, plus ANOTHER 25%+ obviously!

Are houses the only commodity where vendors regularly say "Let's price it at twice what it's worth to see if we can catch a mug..?"

looks like the 85 acres are still in there.seller is desperate.dropped in feb and then mar.......looking for a bid.

"Farm Oast stands in private grounds of approximately 1 acre and is located within 86 acres of apple orchard on the high weald of Kent."

It doesn't appear to include the 85 acres, just the 1 acre.

Would like to see the original listing details.

well spotted. crikey, no wonder they've hacked at the price. still stinks of desperation though... so still love it... don't want it, can't afford it, but love it.
