I thought I'd post this to avoid any confusion caused be FF

Last month: 46k

This month: 47k

So a 2% increase.

So a 2% increase.

That's a pleasing chart to look at. We've completely avoided the steady rise in approvals seen over 09 up to early 10; approvals have basically been flat for a year. No spring bounce this year.

They don't have £300 Billion quid of pre-election bride to dole out to idiots wanting to pay too much for one of life's essentials....
