Question Related To Chain

Recommended Posts

It means that the seller has somewhere already in place to buy and that there is no-one above that isn't already waiting to go. Readily available in theory. In practice, need to talk to the agent to understand what they would be prepared to accept since people in close chains often wait for asking price - they have an offer accepted on a larger property but need to sell their property to be able to buy so you need to be there to fill in the pyramid. EAs can sell anything as an advantage. Truth is, they need to sell so should take a discount but tto be honest, I wouldn't touch a closed chain, since chains unravel slowly

Hi. Does anyone have an idea of what "closed chain" means?
