House Prices In Rye/hastings, East Sussex - Drops

Recommended Posts

Been dropping here for a while, then some stagnation but some big drops today:

£350,000' to '£295,000

£389,995' to '£369,995, originally £410,000

£445,000' to '£395,000

£205,000' to '£195,000, originally £215,000

£189,950' to '£185,000 originally £194,950

There will be more in Hastings but I only just touch on that area with my watches.

I'm sure some of these are still overpriced but the slope is going downwards now. Quite cheap are for the south east but still ridiculously high for a family like mine.

If 'the first cut is the deepest' then these are alas unlikely to approach an affordable level any time soon. Still the trend is down and that is encouraging.

On a tangent, does anybody know when Rightmove update their monthly data of localised sold prices, stock levels etc?
