....without me knowing!

Just checked on nethouseprices, and the house I am currently renting appears as sold, with a date that was around a month into our tenancy!

What's going on, I thought I would have to be notified of a change in landlord, unless there is some dodgy inter-family transfer involved.

The nice man at the Estate Agency told me I was signing a tenancy agreement!
