Peverel In Administration?

Peverel, the housing management business owned by Vincent Tchenguiz’s Consensus Business Group, has been placed in administration

I wonder whether they have enough realisable assets (given that it is only an OPco not a PROPco) to pay back the bank, or whether the bank will lose a large amount on the loan...

+1. Leaseholders should heave a sigh of relief. Perhaps some of them might get to own their own freeholds if these assets are sold. A good day for the little person!

Unfortunately the company holding the assets doesn't appear to have gone in to administration just the operating company.
