******ing sickening, was on a bricklayers forum last night, someone posted a thread 'who's going bankrupt then' in regards to the wages being paid now.

Will anyone responsible for this ******ing mess suffer?????????????

And absolutely nothing mentioned in that piss article about wages being slashed, nothing,nada, ******ing zip.

It is their duty to their shareholders to build more property. Increasing supply is the best way to achieve affordable housing.

And 12k per house, while is a lot is actually just about a years rent that the btl scumlords collect for doing absolutely nothing. Who is adding more to society - a builder who makes things and builds an entire house or a scumlord who simply owns one?

well they resumed dividend. 3p is something but the share closed at 442p so yeah it's not spectacular. I would read their report but presume as the others - mix adjusted and pushing the supply chain.
