Drop Of The Day

Recommended Posts

Wow, but can't help thinking the £1.5m must have been a kite-flying exercise, not sure if even at £875k it's that competitive.

My wife grew up in Nantwich and we have friends there, so have followed the market over the years, 20 years ago it used to be loads cheaper there compared to Norfolk, it's definitely been gentrified in the intervening years.

I can't understand why the Nantwich country house market has got so overpriced in recent years, the houses in town are now similar in price to here in Norfolk, but you get so much more for your money here at the upper end of the market. It must be a bubble that's now bursting!!

That house is only 5 minutes walk from my local Garden Centre.

With that kind of price drop, and the Spring growing season coming upon us (meaning I'll be spending a little more time at the G.C.), I'm seriously tempted. :)
