Attacking The Second Run

Recommended Posts

Anyone else trying to buy a quality second run property struggling with the bid competition? As ftb we can match the price but coming up against downsizers who can bid up the price and cash developers who have rapid completion speeds.

Nope, re-read it a few times and tried doing a Google search for "second run" with relation to property but still none the wiser I'm afraid, Ash.

I thought you might have meant second rung (as in next step up the property ladder) but you say you're a FTB so must admit, you've got me stumped!

FTBs don't always buy first rung properties...

Nor always second rung.

There was an episode of LLL a few weeks back where the FTBs had 600K to spend!
