Did The Ea Actually Listen To Our Feedback?

Recommended Posts

I'm guessing it's probably just a coincidence but we viewed 6 properties on Monday, one being a grade 2 listed barn conversion with three bedrooms priced at £475,000.

Having seen the floorplan we knew the bedrooms were on the small side and we were really only viewing to cross it off the list. The house was beautiful but was far smaller than the floor plan suggested and even though house prices in our search area are still ridiculously high, for its size, in comparison to what else is on the market it's vastly overpriced.

I gave this as my feedback when the EA rang on Monday evening ( not that they're keen or anything  ) and lo and behold today I get the generic email from the EA stating the price has been reduced by 25K!!!

Needs to come down another 100K in my opinion but it's the thought that counts I suppose.
