Dont Be A Monkey

This local market update is actually on the the "What are house prices doing in your area?" section. But I think it could maybe do with being aired in the main forum, because it could can be interpeted as having the classic tell tale signals of a "market" that has topped out, and is now primed ready for a reverse of trend.

Well this one has come back on the market after being Sold STC, with new EA's and a £5k reduction. This is situated in what is called the 'sugar loaf' which is two houses stuck in a triangle shape with roads all the way around.

However, for £5k less I would rather buy this one, with another bedroom, driveway and open views, even if work was required.
