The moosh being interviewed is an "expert" and will accordingly be talking the market up (armed with today's bullish report from another expert--NW).

The experts are not going to admit prices are falling. You will have to resort to Zoopla for that sort of information where they are brazen in their market drop infofrmation. Here is a sampling from my area for properties I have been tracking for the last 6 months:

Is the expert going to be forced to admit that prices are dropping?

They won't start admitting it until we are back below March 09 figures. Until that point they can keep saying "house prices have risen x % since March of 2009". Once that level is breached we are back in early 2000s territory and the lying becomes a lot harder.

Total waste of time.

Jeff Randall basically kissed the Barratt Homes guy on the a*se.

You mean you were expecting something else ...??:huh::lol::lol:

Can't see any big falls happening this year.

Allowed all of the usual propaganda shared schemes etc to go completely unchallenged. C**t.

Spot on.

Interview was a disgrace. Just an advert for Barrett. Wonder how much Randall got paid?

Viewing a house that has been part ex changed for a new Barrett house on Thursday.

Just wondering what percentage below asking is going to be accepted. I know they sometimes give good discounts on there new builds etc.

Hmmmmm.
