Return To Normal

Anybody else got five minutes to sketch where they think the graph is going?

Actually the observant will see we went through one a few seconds ago. First one to spot why gets sod all.

Funny, I was just thinking that.

In fact, earlier tonight, I was having a doodle with Microsoft Paint.

Am I the only person who sees this happening? Why can't the media, the estate agents, the money lenders see this?

It's a no-brainer.

I'm dubious it will go that low.

You need to plot it on a logarithmic scale.

a bit busy right now, but could someone just add a little dip after the return to normal text, followed by a vertical line up.

I am the ******* son of Stuart Law. ;)

Not sure, but I'd guess the cat or the toddler got your mouse/graphic pad.

Since that chart plots real prices (adjusted for inflation), I think they may go down as you doodled (even falling a little faster in 2011 and 12), but then it will stay flat, at the bottom (in real terms) for many years. Perhaps 10 or more. Almost as bad as Japan.

Oh, man. If I could like, somehow ride in a wormhole, yeah, I'd go back 30 years and tell myself to start buying gold, and to sell my house in 2007 and buy even more gold. Bummer.

Actually, if you had a time machine, the horses would be much better ;).

If you draw a chart of house prices using a mico$oft product they are certain to crash.
