You missed the best feature, a heated driveway!

oh, it can do better than that, it's got its own motorway, the M3. Right on the southern boundary. Should get a good view from the infinity (Infiniti?)pool.

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=Surrey+near+Sunningdale,+Ascot,+United+Kingdom&aq=0&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=50.644639,71.806641&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=Sunningdale,+Ascot,+United+Kingdom&ll=51.36821,-0.643108&spn=0.004916,0.008765&t=h&z=17

Strangely, the map in the particulars brochure identifies the property as being some way away from the motorway....

Note the particulars were prepared in summer 2009. No takers?

Obviously an Ex-Dictators house

No it's a new-build and has never been sold. It's been around for years, the developer must be losing a packet on it - he bought it in 2002, spent £38m doing it up, it went on the market in 2006 and has been unsold ever since. There are 10 permananent staff and annual running costs could be as high as £1m even when empty.

There's a serious flaw in the strategy behind this house. The only people with the combination of enough money to buy it, matched with the lack of taste to appreciate it, will most likely have made their money illegally. They're not going to want to put a big chunk of change in the UK where it would be at risk of being seized by the courts.

WHAT!!!!

The governmint have recently decided that any immigration cap doesn't apply to anyone with money. We are welcoming crooks with open arms as long as they bring their ill-gotten gains.

In David Cameron we have a leader whose job is to quietly legitimise a semi-criminal, money-laundering economy
