There's been some good threads on here discussing the benefits of Vitamin D, but I wondered what other experiences you guys have had with other supplements and vitamins?

I was previously really skeptical about all of this stuff as nothing really seemed to have an effect on me.

However, back in December, I started taking a fairly high dose of Vitamin B in an ongoing battle against anxiety, and the difference it has made to me has been incredible!

Brain fog has lifted, I feel happier, more energetic, much calmer, like a completely new man. It's a wonder drug for me!

Any experiences with Vitamin B or any other supplement?

I take body-builders amino acids. I've been taking loads of exercise for the last six months and taking these means that my muscles recover from aches and tiredness much faster.
