R5 Live Now 12 Midday

Recommended Posts

just tuned in now , thanks.

FTB who has been saving for awhile.

He says it is becoming harder and harder to save anything now, because prices are going up for everything so much.

He has no credit card and Martin tells him to get one to help his credit score.

Is that the House Music channel?

At this time of day!?

no - it's a bbc (boo) channel that avoids playing 'urban' chart music all day and has no presenters like moyles.

it's the only thing I like about the bbc.

Martin warning against buying if you are not sure.

"Property is not as safe as houses" he said.

and somone who sounds like Ray Boulger (?) saying rents are going up...

Is this the same Martin that recommended that people get into two year deals for renewals, to take advantage of teaser rates?
