Btl's For Sale

Recommended Posts

Made me smile on dreary Sunday morning

Looks like a local BTL'er bailing out!

But I thought they we're going to snap up all the properties from under the noses of FTB'ers, as prices drop.

Suppose he's put them all on as POA, so he can brag to his mates about what a killing he's made

Edit: Messed up the link - It's early

In a BH24 search postcode cheapest one turns up at about £135k, most expensive at about £149k.

Except of course his "mates," (a BTLer with mates - are you sure?!) will just change the view to "added anytime," and see they are priced between roughly mid-twenties and £149,950....

£149,950 for the most expensive of the three - are they frickin' kidding?

Even at 10-25% off that, they'll probably bail out OK if they can sell - doesn't look from Land Reg like anything like that was bought since 2001, from what I could see.

Yeah, it's a slow Sunday morning, I admit it - my only excuse is that I was already in Rightmove, looking at some of the comedy pricing on new listings in Farnham...

Three quarters of a mil, for a bloody dormer bungalow on a fairly busy cut-through road. FFS
