I don't remember seeing anything in the pdf about adjustments. The january summary table sums up the report pretty well so you're not missing that much.

There's pages of detail about how low the transaction rate is and lots of tables and charts for each region.

the headline transaction looks pretty low.

At least put the figure in your post or in the subtitle.

"The number of transactions is now just 60% of the long term average - at just 40,600 in January."
