Tom Peak ?

Recommended Posts

Looking at home.co.uk, there are some hints that the time on the market curve is peaking for a few places in the SE.

Question is, is this because people are selling lower, or because more volume is shifting ? Certainly I don't see massive reductions in asking prices (pretty much static from what I can tell), so either the spread between the asking and selling price is increasing (the previously labelled "delusion index") or the market is back on the way up ?
