Consumers Move Away From Property As Long Term Investment

Recommended Posts

Apologies if already posted. But there has been a rather large drop in the number of people who see property as the best long term investment - and just over the last 3 months too.

ABi Survey

34% of people now see it as the best long term investment. Dropped from 49% just 3 months previously. Lowest since survey began.

Although the survey has only been going for a few years so not sure what the numbers would be in 2007 or thereabouts.

Markets can remain irrational, longer than you can remain solvent! Burn't property investors are finding out the hard way.

The phrase works both ways!
