Something that I noticed to-day is this http://www.nethouseprices.com/busy.htm message on nethouseprices.

The bulls' view is that this is the sign of an impending increase in activity. The bears' view is that people are suddenly getting very anxious about the value of their homes (especially relative to their debts) and are doing a lot of research.

A neutral's view might be that they are uploading a lot of data.
