House Ownership Proving To Be Tall Order For Soccer Star

SOCCER stars including Peter Crouch appear to have scored something of an home goal by investing in property in Port Talbot.

The Spurs and England striker is one of a number of footballers to buy homes that are then rented out in the town.

But keeping those houses in order is costing them a small fortune.

Their involvement emerged after a Pact meeting when residents complained of antisocial behaviour and other problems associated with a house in the Pentyla area.

Local councillor Juliet Hopkins investigated the ownership and discovered it belonged to the 6ft 7in player.

WTF is Peter Crouch doing investing in property in Port Talbot. No wonder it was one of the towns during the boom that saw the most massive increases in property.
