ken_ichikawa
Except that Max recently reported that the Chinese cardboard meat thing (2 years out of date) was real too. It was proven to be a hoax. Besides less than 50% of people in CHina eat rice anyway. Wheat, potatoes millet are somewhat more popular. Go to Beijing at breakfast and lunch people eat Mandu, or noodles rice is rare anywhere north of Wuhan, it can be grown but due to the north being dry it is inefficient compared to growing it in the south.
