Multiple viewings, misleading particulars and lack of specialist knowledge are among the long listed (especially on aspects - West is the new South). But Mary wants to stop the rot as she persuades boss Simon Gerrard to let her loose on his sales team in a bid to make them more customer focused. But, before long, tensions rise as Mary realises that she and Simon have very different views on what good customer service really means. Monkey Posted February 8, 2011 Share Posted February 8, 2011 am i werid for really looking forward to dealing with LA/EA's in the next couple of months, as i look for a place to rent. i am going to really make them earn the money/fees from me, every detail of the contract(s) will be checked and rechecked, and then checked by a Solicitor (my Aunt works for a contract solicitor, her boss has asked to do this in return for some PC fixing/setting up) before it gets signed. Their well honed skill sets have been further developed over many years to make fools easily part with their hard earned money for a quick buck of easy commission for over priced products. This industry needs more transparency with tougher penalties and regulation. Truly the level of service they provide is deplorable to both vendors and purchasers alike. Lets see how Martyn Gerrard stack against their mission statement of “Where Integrity Counts” One of my greatest delights is to meet with people who bought their first home with usand return to make their subsequent moves up the housing ladder. She may keep the plates whirling a bit longer and add some extra sales for the agency with her hard nose for business/customer sales leadership(see Gordon Ramsay shows).
