Brighton Marina & Hove Towers

Recommended Posts

Look at these developments that are planned for the Brighton Marina already full of BTL properties.

This must create a glut in flats. I am sure if these plans are approved it will lead to a glut in flats. Insider news has told me that the Brighton Marina has already spent £1,750,000 on just getting the planning right. By the end of the year we will know the verdict.

Also Hove is competing for some stunning new design for the King Alfred Centre with 2 "crumbling" 25 story towers housing 750 flats.

Hove Towers

This must not be good for a town where property development has been used everywhere and 1 in 4 people is a BTL person.
