What Should I Offer

5 for sale on that street about the same price.


I wouldn't pay more than 175K but I doubt if you will get any movement from them till after the spring non-bounce. You can only hope that one of them actually needs to sell.

Cheers - kind of what i had in mind - although i think they would probably be insulted by the offer even though thats probably its realistic price.

Any thoughts on building sites? I've heard the banks are not lending for sites so you would think they would be going cheap. Seen this one (link below) and granted its in a nice area, but by the time you build a house on it you'd be into serious money. Any thoughts on a fair price?
