Lost of stats in there. Noticed they have median prices in there too - is that new ?

Interesting the Edinburgh median to average price difference: 172k up to over 200k.

As you can see nothing is growing and very few houses are selling, the volumes are so low I wonder how long this can continue without more drops in prices.

Edinburgh average price figure is always skewed by ultra expensive properties.

Nothing much changing in Midlothian :(

BIG jump from the price of a semi-detached to a detached. £230k+ average detached price?
