It is like the £60k house scheme labour came up with. It was £60k for for construction PLUS LAND. The stupidity was that a normal brick/tile house, built en-mass, costs less than £60k to build anyway.... probably closer to £30k when build in volume. Those 60K Prescott houses that after you included the land in the East Midlands cost 225K. 6K off 225K is fck all. It's the price of the land ponzi, that is the problem.
