'House prices only ever go up in Bel Air' is that true.

Also a mention of being on medicare which is american health insurance for the destitute. I've purposely never been to America in all my 34 years as I have worked with them and find them wooden. Is Bel Air nice (not just fresh prince nice but $28million nice).

:D

Medicare is not for the destitute -- it's for everyone in the US over 65 or so years old.

Bel Air is the most expensive part of LA along with the beach huts on Malibu beaches.

You get arrested if you walk around the streets of Bel Air. Some seriously super rich live there... but if you look on google maps at Bel Air and choose the real estate option you will be surprised at just how many repossessed houses for sale in this super-rich are there are.

You migth have to choose the forecloseure option on the left and properties on the right but each of those little red dots is a foreclosure in some of California's richest rela-estate.

Yes, people over 50 often hope they get to 65 without getting ill just so that medicare will cover them. Even then, I have seen pensionsers in the US telling pharmacists that they cannot afford their prescriptions.

Is that true ? It's a good job that my wife recently turned down a role in Atlanta then as my curious side would have gotten me the wrong side of the law.

Atlanta is on the opposite side of the US to Bel Air.

Yes, Beverly Hills Police Dept prides itself on making the streets of Bel Air safe for the super-rich who live in the area.

I can understand it in one sense as it would be a criminal magnet for all those rich and famous living in the area - perhaps a at scary for all those Hollywood actresses.
