Robbie Burns Calls A Houseprice Crash

This guy has made a living out of calling the markets - and not by complicated jargon and technical garbage - he does it with common sense. He usually calls things pretty accurately. Very well known within the British stock market world.

This week he made a rather random comment in his blog:

"How can house prices carry on this high? My guess is we'll have a massive crash at the back end of the year when interest rates start to go up.

A lot of "squeezed" middle class will really get squeezed and it's not going to be nice."


Good to have him on board, I think.
