BIFFO - Big Irish ******er from Offaly

No, it's Big Ignorant Fellow From Offaly - if you listen to the BBC!

What does the party do? Experts have been booking them for electoral destruction since November, comparisons to the Canadian conservatives in the early '90s. But in Ireland most politics are parish pump and gombeens tend to attract loyalty - have a look at this short Independent article from 2000, with the same old public outrage:

Borrowing is at an all-time high, with the banks accused of seducing customers to take out loans far beyond their capacity to repay. Experts say that the level of personal borrowings is now four times the total of the entire National Debt during the Irish financial crisis of the early 1980s.

Is there really anything electors can do to stop this crap?

Irish PM confident will survive leadership vote

I wonder if this is the same sort of confidence in which he said Ireland didn't need a bailout and it had enough money, just before Ireland got a bailout.

If he is toppled what then for the bailout and will one of the Irish parties campaign on default?
