Homes Under The Hammer Today

Recommended Posts

Full of fools this episode - even bearish - and strange camera angles.... And not an hour long episode like usual - only 30 minutes. odd..

Anyway

Couple bought a flat at a not so bargain price for 88K to top up their pension and for the er excitement, sweated at the work that needs to be done on viewing. Estate agents didnt help by saying their rent they will achieve will be low... They were not happy!

Another man buys a terraced for 50K in nottingham, struggles to reach guide price. Finds he cannot raise the rest of the money (as he cant raise a mortgage on the auction property - are the banks reigning in now?), and loses his 5K deposit....

Oh dear...
