Strata Homes Ripe For Collapse?

Recommended Posts

And old article, but I'd imagine their finances are pretty bad.

A promotional video, very cringeworthy!

Basically, someone I know who probably can't afford to buy a house, is after one of these strata homes, the entire website is videos and has little important information on it.

The company is still offering 100% 5* income loans (no deposit!).

The developments I've seen have been built where council houses previously stood, but don't seem as good. They should be well below average price for the neighbourhoods yet seem to be (asking) over! (And of course not selling).
