Semi Detatched N1?

Best part is there's room to park a bike in the front garden - from where it would be stolen...

Good location for transport, near to Upper Street and Highbury, but behind are some pretty foreboding council estates and a large school (a mate of mine got his phone nicked whilst making a call by some chav on a BMX on Grosvenor Avenue). Looks like prime BTL property to YPs £2k a month or so. Loving the "double rooms" 11x8 ft and 12x8 ft  I guess you could always stand on a bed to swing the cat.

I' m in this area...doesn't surprise me, actually looks in the correct price bracket. The whole area is nuts, prices must be at the highs, I dunno if anything's selling but you get NOTHING for the money. Shame as would like to buy...oh well at least the rent's reasonable (relatively)
