Like giftwrapping the fudge? Their figures usually are out of date, so they might be from the run up to Christmas!

1000 I think! They call it veteran.

Academetrics is between 3 and 6 months lagging as it uses land registry data. .

Academetrics is between 3 and 6 months lagging as it uses land registry data. .

Their headline MoM is an estimate / guess.

They revise this as the LR data comes in (though they don't use the repeat sales methodology that LR do).

Isn't the guess based on other indicies?

I do like their comparison of indicies charts though.
