Interesting nugget:

Factors depressing house prices [among many]: Distressed sales are becoming more prevalent particularly at the higher end

of the market.

Anyone seen evidence of that. Would be interesting to see what this statement is based on.

Very very bearish report - lovely to see. Notable for it's lack of spin (at least in this months report).

Disappointed to still see Scotland as YonY +1% but it's been falling since June.

More patience needed though.

Not sure how widely reported or read this report is, but it all helps.
