Around 56 per cent of people with a property in the eurozone are considering selling as volatility between sterling and the euro has made it increasingly difficult for people to predict how much rental income they will receive, according to specialist currency broker currencies.co.uk. Soon they will be trying to unload there £450k bijou get-away in Palpero due to the cost of filling up the Vogue and losses in everything else. As the principla market falters it undermines confidence in everyting else and seond homes are first in line for a sell off as they are a non-essential and a degrading assett.
