Policy makers will leave the size of the bank’s bond holdings unchanged at 200 billion pounds ($311 billion) on Jan. 13, according to all 39 economists in a Bloomberg News survey. They will also keep the rate at a record low of 0.5 percent, all 61 economists in a separate survey said. We could call them the vigilantes I suppose?
