Anyone know about this?

www.netrootsuk.org

Hundreds of online activists, student leaders and union officials who have been at the forefront of anti-government protests over the past six months are meeting today to co-ordinate the next stage of their anti-cuts campaigns:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/2011/jan/04/anti-cuts-campaign-summit-next-move

http://falseeconomy.org.uk/

So Labour continue to deny any responsibility, for their disastrous reign, and now have an army of blogger's, working for them?

Presumably to aggressively pursue Labours favorite tactics of Lies and Spin?

Aimed at the younger generation, who are now facing a lifetime of debt slavery thanks to Labour?!

So naive. The Tories do pretty much the same. They have a very organised army of bloggers/posters too and the Guardian CIF is actually a great place to see both sides in action.

Don't worry about it, they'll still be setting up a committee to send out invites to attend the first campaign meeting by the time the next election comes round

I'd like to know what their solution to cuts would be. Keep borrowing? Just ignore it and hope it will go away? I wonder if they realise they are trying to destroy the lives of their children?

Rather Snyde....

Or are you suggesting I am showing an unaffected absence of artificiality?

If so Thanks for the compliment......:D

Guardian CIF is often considered to be, the most censored, pro Labour, newspaper comments section on the web.

Many people on here have had comments removed which would be accepted in the majority of other newspaper comments sections.

I meant the idea that nothing like has ever been done before is naive. Of course it has. There are PR companies that organise vast blog/forum campaigns. There's a whole blummin' industry focused on it.

The biggest lie and spin is the old left/right paradigm that some fools still believe in.

The young should get educated and become bankers.

When you're a banker you don't have to care which actors are in government.

Both the blue and the red ones will be your servants.

I wouldn't worry to much about it either. What are they going to do? Setup a Facebook group?

Agreed, once a supposedly sovereign, autonomous nation loses the power to issue its own debt-free means of exchange it is no longer sovereign but is subservient to those from whom it and its citizens alike must borrow.

Is the population being bred and/or conditioned to be incapable of understanding this?

Pontipines or Wottingers - doesn't matter.

Labour supporters actually make me physically sick.

They shows no signs of remorse or guilt. I'd hang the *******

You're being played. 'Divide et impera' as they used to say in Rome.

Yes, Labour are responsible but their masters were the banks. And the banks remain as the masters of the current government.

Don't be naive in thinking that the new government cares about the future of this beautiful island and its people.

If you didn't spend so much time reading the Daily Mail, you would probably know the answer.

Like I said before, TUC is 'CUT' - occultly spelt backwards!

It's a witty pisstake by those elites that force the policies onto the easily lead who don't think or research!

BloGGer =77 which the Masons 'know' all about coz it's their symbolism and a huge 'G' is at the 'hert' of their logo!

I see the level of political analysis and debate is up to it's usual standard (Pole excepted). Why bother?

Guest UK Debt Slave

The censorship on Guardian's CIF is absolutely shocking

George Monbiot's piece on 4th January suggesting that homeowners should be forced to surrendert spare rooms in their houses to complete strangers provoked such a negative response, the Guardian Gestapo closed the thread to new comments and deleted huge numbers of posts, including 2 of my own.

For a while I thought it was worth posting on CIF to try to achieve a bit of balance in the comments but after the debacle in Monbiot's article, I've given up and I won't post there anymore

And I must stress, neither of my comments on Monbiot's article contained anything abusive or inflammatory.

I detest socialists. They hate free speech if other peoples' views don't fit in with their tunnel vision view of the word.
