What A Difference 4 Years Makes

I need to print this off and show it to some of the idiots i work with who still believe the only way is up !

If you go back to the posts on this forum from 2005-07 it is easy to see that the bearish views have prevailed and hpi is now at an end. In three more years time you will find it hard to find anyone who didn't see the property slump coming, that property was in a bubble and the fall in house prices is a generally good thing all round!
