Ulster Bank Mortgages- in default and in the APS scheme under RBS

I noticed this thread on the property pin and wondered if this clause is in UK mortgages too



Sounds like a bit of revers psychology to try and scare the mortgagee to refinance ,which would say to me the the original lender want`s to cut and run and pass the risk of default to the next lender

Hmmmmm.......... I wonder what they know
