The housing market is stuck: David Cameron criticises 'excessive' home loan restrictions


Are Northern Rock and RBS listening? People drowning in debt, paying their mortgages and rents by credit card, and still politicians want people taking on large debt to keep house prices supported. Some of us don't want to have a mortgage larger than we can reasonably service, short term and long term. And not when it seems likely house prices are set for substantial falls.
