Anyone Remember Insurance Premium Tax?

I doubt many of you realise (or forgot) but Insurance Premium Tax also goes up on the 4th along with VAT

mmm This is where it starts...plus 3/4penny per litre fuel and thats before the VAT increase and then normal producer increases...

Ohhh happy days..
