Seems a lot of house for he money in a reasonable area. Could be all sorts wrong with it structurally. Guide prices are normally set low to entice more interest at the auction. At the auctions are watched this year quite often the bids would be beat the guide price but not meet the reserve which was higher than the guide. Streetview show it has a few extra recycling bins outside which makes sense with more residents than a standard family home.
