Merry Christmas Everyone -

Indeed...

Like most on this site, I rent an overpriced house because buying is too pricey BUT as Christmas approaches, I'm thankful that in cold weather I do have somewhere to call home, a loving family, a job that pays the bills, my health etc.

Some Carols from Kings to enjoy whilst your browsing:

*Lost my house, girlfriend, business, grandparents, health and Dog, in the past 18 months. Your health is the most important thing. You dont realise that until you get a 'diagnosis.' out of the blue. F@@k it.

This is my 999th post after I joined the discussion on this forum three years ago. The property landscape is completely unrecognisable from back then and who knows 2011 might even be the year that I actually buy .... but don't hold your breath :P

Looking forward to finally breaking the 1k post mark on the next attempt!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all forum members.
