Looking for some advice please.

We have a six figure sum of USD earning nothing :( in a USD current account with a UK bank.

Are there any USD savings accounts out there that offer any kind of reasonable interest rate or any other ideas on how we should invest low/medium risk?

Thanks

Personally I'd look at investing it in the Big Physical Yellow Bank of No Counter Party Risk and the Big Physical Silver Bank of No Counter Party Risk.

I have a few CD's in Ctizens Bank that earn 1.75% (six months). Pathetic I know but Citizens are OK (part of RBS as it happens) but you are insured up to $250K (FDIC)
